Temperature readings are a part of the daily health check for students and staff upon entry. Any person with a temperature reading of 100.4ºF or higher is not permitted to enter the building.
Daily Health Checks
All students and staff are assessed every morning to determine that they are free from symptoms of COVID-19, other contagious illnesses, and that they are well enough to be on-site.
Front Door Drop Off/Pick Up
Families are not permitted to enter the building during child drop off and pick up hours. A team member meets families at our front door to conduct a health check for each child and brings each child to their classroom.
Cleaning & Sanitizing
As a licensed child care program, we are always required to have a system in place to keep our program clean. In these times, we have gone above and beyond with our practices. We clean our toys every dayave a washing machine on-site to do laundry daily, and we are stocked up with not one but 2
All children and teachers have assigned classrooms where they stay throughout the day. To avoid the possible spread of COVID-19, children are not moved throughout multiple classrooms as they normally would be on certain occasions. Aside from outdoor play time, everyone stays put in their designated area!
Realistically, child care for children under the age of 5 years old does require direct contact. We do our best to ensure children are separated from one another. In addition to frequent hand-washing, we attempt to spread children out at least 6 feet during meals, snacks, and nap time.
We are asking that ONE Adult per family drop their Child to School
Please be respectful by using the 6 feet rule if multiple families are dropping or picking up
All children will wash their hands upon arrival
Disposable plates, cups and utensils will be used for breakfast, lunch & snack
