We are a very close-knit family and we welcome all new teachers with open arms. We are looking for teachers that have a minimum of one years’ experience at a licensed preschool and/or CDA.

The Ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • THE DESIRE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the lives of others
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a child care center.
  • A professional, positive attitude.
  • Classroom duties include but are not limited to: helping children with eating, diapering/toileting, cleaning, keeping a clean and safe classroom, keeping a compliant classroom, keeping appropriate logs and making sure everything is in compliance with Center standards.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, frequent walking, sitting on the floor and playing with children, being able to lift up to a 40 lb child.
  • A loving demeanor with children. 
  • CPR Certification
  • All candidates must pass a background check. 
  • Must be able to communicate with other staff and parents clearly in both verbal and written form. 
  • Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

We are seeking a qualified, dedicated, and compassionate infant teachers. We are looking for passionate, nurturing, and inspiring individuals for this position. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervising children,  instructing children in activities designed to promote intellectual, social and physical growth, creating a fun and safe learning environment, preparing daily curriculum, writing daily reports, discussing children’s progress with parents, keeping the classroom clean and sanitized.

Duties include, but are not limited to, supervising children,  instructing children in activities designed to promote intellectual, social and physical growth, creating a fun and safe learning environment, preparing daily curriculum, writing daily reports, discussing children’s progress with parents, keeping the classroom clean and sanitized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate for this position will possess high standards and believe that the care they provide is invaluable. We are seeking an Preschool Assistant Director who has demonstrated skills establishing effective relationships with staff, parents, and children.

Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children.

Develop open lines of communication with staff, parents, and children—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child’s progress.

Build and support a qualified team of childcare educators to promote our superior reputation in early-childhood education.

Meet or exceed financial goals and objectives.

Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations.

Provide unparalleled customer service.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and core values as well as federal, state, and company standards, regulations, and requirements including licensing, safety, and sanitation.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Proven experience and success at an Assistant Director of a large school

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on teaching experience

Compliance with state licensing standards for a preschool program director, including but not limited to criminal background screening and fingerprinting

Minimum requirement of education/experience within one of the following:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university combined with 6+ months of experience in the group care of children – or –

Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education – or –

Associate’s degree or equivalent combined with 1+ year in a supervisory position and 2+ years of experience in the group care of children

Licensing requirements and procedures.

Must be at least 21 years old and meet corporate driving requirements

Valid Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record
